Fraunhofer-Institut für Integrierte Schaltungen IIS

MICAIA(r) image analysis software, available for download at www.micaia.ai

Fraunhofer IIS, headquartered in Erlangen, Germany, is today the largest institute of the Fraunhofer-Society. The Medical Image Processing group involved in the project is a team of experienced bioinformaticians and focuses on AI-supported image analysis of microscopic images, especially in the fields of life science, digital pathology and spatial biology. In the project, we are responsible for making the sorting decision based on intracellular morphological features using real time AI.
